Overview
The purpose of the project is to create a Market Analysis and Conceptual Plan centered on the Milford Train Station, in the heart of downtown. The Market Analysis is needed to determine the economic viability of a mixed use development in proximity to the train station, and to guide the conceptual development of such a plan.

Market Analysis
- Mapping of market viability of uses with fixed guideway against the current market conditions
- Identify sub-market areas for development opportunities
- Identify strategic sites for redevelopment that will spur broader opportunities
- Identify financial viability of these opportunities
- Identify strategies for overcoming barriers to potential opportunities
Conceptual Plan
- Develop a Conceptual Plan to complement the Market Analysis and demonstrate potential for development.
