Permitting and Land Use



In the interest of public safety and until further notice, as of 3/16/2020, PUBLIC access to the Parsons Government Complex is restricted and requires an appointment. However, permits will continue to be issued by the BUILDING INSPECTION and ZONING OFFICES. These departments, as well as the INLAND WETLANDS OFFICE, will be available to help via telephone and screened visits by appointment. 


Welcome to the Department of Permitting and Land Use.  Our job is to provide a predictable, efficient, and timely review of all development and construction in Milford, to ensure that the work is safe and the land uses are appropriate.
