Milford Public Library 2022 November Program Calendar

November News at the Library!

THANK YOU to our wonderful Friends of Milford Library for hosting such a a fabulous fundraiser this past weekend. The Party in the Stacks was a huge success due to the hard work of many volunteers, generous sponsors, and amazing party guests!  The costumes were creative, the decor inspiring, and the food and drink delicious!  We are so grateful to our Friends for raising the funds that allow us to put on interesting and entertaining programs all year long. Please consider joining the Friends today! https://www.ci.milford.ct.us/milford-public-library/pages/friends-of-the-milford-library

We have MANY programs this month! Please review our website and calendar for information on book clubs, storytimes, Financial aid seminars, math programs and more!

We end October with author Charles Rosenay telling tales from his newest book, "True Ghost Stories of Connecticut". This program, Thursday, October 27th at 7:00pm, will get you ready for your Halloween celebrations!

Please stop by on November 5th to celebrate Indie Author Day! The day includes a discussion by a literary agent in the morning, and a celebration of our own local authors in the afternoon.

On Saturday, November 12 we have another full day with the wonderful storytelling program, Tellebration! We will have two separate programs - one for children and one for adults.  Check out our calendar for details! Tellabration is a program of The Connecticut Storytelling Center, based at Connecticut College in New London.

Best,
