November News at the Library!
With all the planning for the October fundraiser, Party in the Stacks, I forgot to acknowledge that October 15-21, 2023 was National Friends of Libraries Week.This special group of committed volunteers does so much to support the library - from raising funds to support our programs, providing extra services to our users, and advocating for support in our community. Thanks to the Friends we hosted over 500 programs last year, with 13,000+ attendees! We were also able to offer passes to area attractions, welcome bags to new residents, book awards to local students, and more! If you are not already, please consider joining today!
