Required Mobile Food Truck Permit

Beginning on January 1, 2024, all Mobile Food Preparation Vehicles wishing to operate within the City of Milford are required to obtain an Annual Permit issued by this office. Applications for this special permit shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal Division for review and subsequent Inspections shall take place for compliance with the Connecticut State Fire Safety Code and the Connecticut State Fire Prevention Code.
