Resident Parking Stickers are issued pursuant to City of Milford Ordinance Sec. 14-12. Please see the attachment below for a copy of the ordinance or to search and view an ordinance please click here.

Enforcement: Per City of Milford Ordinance Sec. 14-13: May 1st - September 30th, no person shall park a motor vehicle in the parking areas at Gulf Beach or Walnut Beach marked and designated by appropriate signs as an unrestricted area without a Resident Parking Sticker, or $40/day parking charge, or $5/hour parking charge, or $250 seasonal parking sticker.

Resident Parking Stickers are available at the Tax Collector's Office. You must present your current motor vehicle registration(s) and your taxes must be paid up to date. Additional information is needed if your vehicle registration does not reflect a Milford address/tax town.

The vehicle registration is to verify the vehicle is currently registered to a Milford taxpayer. This cannot be determined from your tax bill. For example, your July 1, 2023 tax bill was based upon the vehicle you owned on one day October 1, 2022 (the date the Assessor's Grand List of taxable property was compiled). When looking at your tax bill it is only known your car was registered October 1, 2022.
