Phone Payment Information

Enjoy the convenience and flexibility paying your taxes or fees by phone. In cooperation with the City of Milford, Point and Pay, offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to pay taxes or fees over the phone with a live person known as the Point and Pay Personal Teller Representative. This service is safe, reliable and in accordance with all state and government regulations. In order to process your payment, Point and Pay, the service provider, charges a nominal convenience fee. 

By reaching out to a Point and Pay Personal Teller at 877-495-2729 (2PAY), you can now make live agent payments. A $5.00 Personal Teller fee will be applied to the customer transaction, in addition to the normal credit card, debit card ,or electronic check convenience fees. Available 8am-11pm EST. 

Fee Schedule: $5.00 Personal Teller convenience fee PLUS transaction type convenience fee. Debit card $3.95, Credit Card 2.5% minimum $2.00, and electronic check ACH $2 up to $10,000 transaction or $10 over $10,000 transaction. 

DMV Clearance: Are you renewing your registration? Or registering a new vehicle/vessel? DMV clearance for online payments of delinquent taxes is NOT immediate. Delinquent motor vehicle and supplemental motor vehicle tax bills paid by credit/debit card will take 2-3 business days for clearance with DMV and electronic check payments will take 10 business days for clearance with DMV.

For immediate clearance, please pay your balance in full by cash, certified bank check or money order at the Tax Collector's Office.
