The Milford Registrars of Voters want to ensure that all Milford voters who wish to vote in the upcoming August 14, 2018 primaries are able to do so. Below is some information to help voters understand eligibility requirements and deadlines to qualify for voting in the upcoming primaries.
You cannot vote in a primary if you are not a member of the political party on the ballot.
UNAFFILIATED voters cannot vote in either the Democratic or Republican primaries.
You are considered to be a NEW VOTER,
- If you meet the eligibility requirements & are registering to vote for the first time
- Or you are a voter who has changed residency & are registering to vote in your new town/city.
Deadlines for Voting in the August 14, 2018 Primaries
The deadline for UNAFFILIATED voters to enroll or NEW voters to register with a political party by mail or online is August 9, 2018.
The deadline for UNAFFILIATED voters to enroll or NEW voters to register with a political party at the Registrars of Voters’ office is by noon, in person, on August 13, 2018.
