Procedure Outlining the Permit Process for the Use of City Facilities
 

An “Application for the Use of City Facilities” shall be made in writing to department responsible for the facility at least thirty(30) days in advance of the event.

Individuals interested in utilizing a city facility may view and download our 2023 Application for Use of Facilities Form for more information on facility locations, fees, and departmental contacts.

If serving or vending food at your event, please also fill out the Application for Temporary Food Service Permit from the Milford Health Department.
