All construction projects requiring a Building Department Permit in any property, other than a detached single- or two-family home, will require review and approval by the Fire Marshal.

Submittal Packages (application form, detailed plans, manufacturer's cut sheets, fee payments, etc) shall be delivered to our office via e-mail.  All required documents shall be e-mailed in PDF format to MilfordFireMarshal@Milfordct.gov.  An Fee Invoice will then be returned via e-mail.  Credit card payments may be made by phone to our Administrative Office @ (203) 874-6321.  (a Plan Review Submittal Form can be found at the bottom of the page)
