Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs offer assistance to income eligible residents. Contact the CDBG Administrator to discuss the program and request an application.
Single Family Repair Program Guidelines (Eligible repair costs up to $20,000, in the form of a Loan at 0% interest, no payments).
Small Repairs Program Guidelines (Eligible repair costs up to $5,000 in the form of a cost share or a grant)
Multi-Family Housing Owner/Non-Owner Program Guidelines (Eligible repairs, Grant up to $100,000, in exchange 5 years Fair Market Rent/HUD 80% median income limits)
Direct Homeownership Program Guidelines (Down Payment & Closing Cost up to $30,000, in the form of a Loan at 0% interest, no payments).
