Tax Bills Due

Bills for the October 1, 2015 Grand List for Real Estate/Sewer Use, Motor Vehicle, and Personal Property have been mailed. The last day to pay the 1st installment without interest is Monday, August 1, 2016. After that, interest is charged at the statutory rate of 1.5% per month, or $2.00 minimum, whichever is greater. Office hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. Payments can be mailed to Milford Tax Collector, PO Box 3025, 70 West River St., Milford, CT 06460.
If you have recently purchased property, or paid off a mortgage, and haven’t received a bill, please contact the office on 203-783-3217 so one can be sent.
Credit/debit cards are not accepted.
