2023 INCOME & EXPENSE FORM

The Income and Expense forms (FORM M-58) for the calendar year of 2023 are now available. All income producing commercial and industrial properties are required by CT statute 12-63(c) to furnish this information annually to the Assessor's Office. Failure to return this form to the Assessor's Office on or before June 1, 2024 will result in a 10% assessment penalty.  June 1, 2024 falls on a Saturday this year, so if forms are being hand delivered, they must be received in our office on or before Friday, May 31, 2024. 

NEW FOR THIS YEAR...Forms sent by any delivery services (USPS, UPS, FED-EX, etc.) that are postmarked by June 1, 2024 will now be deemed to be considered filed on time.The Parson's Complex and the Assessor's Office are closed to the public on Saturdays. Approved June 27, 2023 by the CT General Assembly- Public Act 12-152 states: All requests for a 30 day extension to file the form must be received by the Assessor by June 1, 2024 for approval. If a 30 day extension is granted, then the due date and/or postmarked date will be July, 1 2024.
