	The Tax Office accepts cash, personal checks, or money orders payable to "Tax Collector, City of Milford". However, they require cash, certified check, or money order for delinquent motor vehicle tax payments. (credit cards are not accepted) Building Permit clearance forms are issued by the Tax Office. You will need this form before you apply for any permits. The current mill rate for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 is 26.28 mills.
