Men's Open Tournament & Industrial Tournament divisions will use 70 foot base distances.
All players must be 18 years of age to participate.

Milford Rule Changes
* Balls - In all leagues the Optic Yellow Ball MUST be used.
* Bats - In any league where Metal Bats are allowed – when playing at Washington Field or Foote Field teams MUST use the Recreation Department Supplied Bats.
* Count – In all leagues, batters shall begin with a 1 Ball / 1 Strike count.
1. In all games at at all fields, NO foul balls will be allowed after 2 strikes.
(this is now consistent with ASA Rule 7, Section 6, Article L)
* Rosters - In an attempt to eliminate any/all illegal players and the related issues that result in speculation of such players, all rosters will be posted on-line and will be available for all players/teams to view. (The posting of rosters will include only the team name and player's name, no address or contact information will be made public)
Major Rule Change from 2010 that is still in effect.
Rule 6, Section 3H: The ball must be delivered with a perceptible arc and reach a height of at least 6 feet from the ground while not exceeding a height of 10 feet from the ground.
