Hula Hoop Fitness Class Description
During this 8-week hula hoop dance class series you will learn hula hooping fundamentals and dance techniques including off-body hooping, isolation moves, torso hooping, and flow. The first hour of the 2 hour session will begin with a 30 minute cardio segment followed by a technique tutorial that will be different each week. Then from 8pm to 9pm students are encouraged to practice their dance technique in free form while the Hoop Crew Leader assists class members individually.
The class is an informal, fun-filled, hoop dance environment that promotes social engagement! Hoop dance is a great way to loose inches on your waist, strengthen your core, tone your body, and increase your cardio endurance, all while having fun and socializing.
