Scheduled Inspections for Tuesday, May 21, 2013:
Note:  As a courtesy, each day's inspections will be posted on this Website approximately 9:30 a.m. If an inspection has been scheduled with the Building Inspection Division, it is the responsibility of the individual who requested the inspection to be aware of what day that inspection is to take place. This same individual should make arrangements so that the work to be inspected is accessible for said inspection, and that the approved plans and an adult be on the site beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the day scheduled. Sometimes emergencies or other unpredictable events arise that may affect the day's schedule or the amount of time required to complete an inspection, so this should be used as a guide only. Project Review Queue - 5/20/13
Below is a list of building permit applications CURRENTLY under review.  This includes new applications only, not resubmissions.
While we strive to complete reviews as quickly as possible, applicants should budget 30 days for this process as we have
limited capacity and cannot guarantee a specific turnaround.  All permit reviews are required to be completed within that time frame.  

Reviews are generally undertaken in the order received.  In rare instances, projects will be reviewed "out of order" because of the
technical nature of the project and/or a need to match the project with a specific inspector's area of expertise.
